Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Dragon Vaults. Many of our products are handcrafted and personalized specifically for you. Please review the information below regarding production and shipping times.

Production Time

Most Dragon Vaults orders are made to order. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production before your order ships.

Production time is separate from shipping/transit time and begins after we have received all information, artwork, personalization details, and approvals needed to complete your order.

Complex, bulk, or highly customized orders may require additional production time. If a significant delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

Shipping

Once your order is completed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method and carrier selected for your order.

Any delivery dates provided by a shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Dragon Vaults. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact Dragon Vaults as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and policies.

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

If an item arrives damaged, please retain the product and packaging and contact us promptly with photographs of the damage.

Custom and Bulk Orders

Large, bulk, or highly customized orders may have production and shipping timelines different from our standard 7–10 business day production period. Any special timeline will be communicated as part of the custom-order process.
